Despite countless proofs that the human being is placed, we still realize how much there is to advance in human development. Today I will bring caress as an essential factor for the human being.
Caress is a human recognition unit, where studies show that no human being lives more than 72 hours without receiving or giving caresses. Therefore, all human beings, without exception, need Caresses. It means that all newborns need physical caresses to survive. When the person does not have a caress, they become uncomfortable, constantly behaving wrongly, evolving to the acquisition of mental illnesses.
With the arrival of the Pandemic, we strongly saw the caress as facts harmed. People being pushed away and prevented from contacting each other. One of the caresses that man needs refers to contact with the skin. Hugging is a common action that strengthens and feeds the caressing system. “According to the Theory of Mind, a large region of the human brain (and of some primates) is called the social brain: we have mirror neurons that activate when we are in contact with others.
Eric Berne, says that, “in addition to the hunger for food, the human being has three other 'hungers' equally vital for survival”.
Sensory stimuli (sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste). Recognition. Being perceived by other human beings and obtaining positive or negative caresses (example: praise or criticism), and physical contact itself positive or negative (example: hug or slap).
The human being is incredible indeed, he needs feeling at all times, given the importance. In this sense, it was understood that the human being needs recognition, for what he does and for what he is.
So, to understand people's happiness today we need to understand the caressing system. If an adult gives little or does not give affection to a child (child), then this child will not know what it is, and will be lacking this feeling, needing it. Soon, your fragile caress state will begin to interfere with your emotional, physical and spiritual state. This interfering in the development of activities, work and conduct.
Go for action:
01- I train caressing with people who are close to you. In the family, he did not work in society. You will see that it will make a difference. Of praise for what it is and what it does. This stimulus will cause oxytocin, the happiness hormone, to be activated, increasing the pleasure, satisfaction and desire of those who receive it.
02- Start with you. Allow yourself to praise yourself daily, this exercise will make you believe in yourself even more, forgive yourself and drive new actions. Awaken creativity and motivate.
If you want to be happy with great success, put into practice the exercise of caressing, as you will find more reasons to multiply your actions and choices daily, adding more value.
