“Here, who has to show up is me!”

Recently, a video appeared showing a forró singer giving his band a huge scolding:

"HERE WHO MUST APPEAR IS ME, IT IS I THAT MUST APPEAR. 36 YEARS OF FIGHT. I GIVE THESE SCREAMS BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN AWFUL... IS THE ARTIST ME OR NOT? WHO WANTS TO DO A CONCERT, DO IT IN ANOTHER CORNER......"

The musicians continued the show and only at the end, some members of the band resigned.

My aim is not to accuse or defend, but to invite you to think

As I always say, LEADERING is something we do daily and not only within organizations, LEADERING IS INFLUENCED PEOPLE, DIRECTING THEM, TAKING THEM TO ACTION.

And there are many ways to do this, including, YES, correction, guidance (mostly) and even calling attention when something goes off the rails.

Who never wanted to "kill" a human being who, after several explanations, went there and did the opposite?

The question is not "WHAT YOU SAY", but "HOW YOU SAY", developing the skill of COMMUNICATION is essential and mandatory when dealing with people.

To educate is not to expose, it is not to humiliate, it is not to diminish the other… NOBODY MAKES ITSELF!

You can be the star of one show, but you'll need others to shine!

And yes, there are days when you will be tired, irritated, pissed off! It is at that moment when being clear about your role as a LEADER is crucial and will be put to the test.

Ah, you're waiting for the phrase: "Praise in public and criticize in private"

Yes, she is absolutely right! But I believe that by looking for the video on the Internet, this lesson will become very clear to you.

Also, answer the singer's question in our comments: "IS HE RIGHT OR IS HE WRONG?"
